We have lived in our home for 35 years. In that time we have only had two roofing companies handle our annual roof maintenance.
The first lasted a very long time and has retired. The second was our guy for 15 years and sadly passed on. We have a very steep tile roof. Maintenance is essential. The highest rating that I can give is that we were lucky enough to ask Grant for a bid. They are our company from here on out. Professional, courteous, timely and full service. Our roof is now in their hands.
Mike and Rick did an excellent job of the tear-off and re-roofing of our home in a quick professional way. They cleaned up and hauled away the debris, and swept the area for any metal fasteners. The Gutters/Downspout crew also did a great installation and made sure the site was cleaned up when they were done. This was a job well done.
Reached out to have some cleaning done on my roof, but found out that I had a few broken vents that needed to be replaced. Once I decided to have the work done they scheduled to come out the following day. The workers were quick and quiet. Received an invoice with pictures of before and after product within an hour after they were done. Would recommend.
