I think we hit the jackpot with HomeMasters. After noticing a leak in a ceiling and searching on Angie’s list for help, we got a call from Bill. He was so responsive and sent Jordan out very soon to check on it. Jordan found the problem very quickly which really impressed us. Jordan is a very intelligent and personable man and we have enjoyed working with him. He completed the repairs and a roof and gutter cleaning a day later with his assistant Nathan. You won’t find any nicer guys than these two. Communication with this company is excellent. Looking forward to Jay completing the drywall repair soon. Thank you all for helping us.
We developed what looked like a leak in one of our rooms and we called home masters for repairs. Jordan came out within hours to try to determine the problem and made ann evaluation of how to fix it. He provided a temporary fix and came back the next day with his sidekick, Nathan and the two of them worked efficiently and courteously to repair the problem, treat the roof for ignored maintenance and provided information about what was needed and why. This was an incredibly good interaction for my wife and me and we would hope that Jordan and Nathan are recognized for their courteous, friendly efficient support to clients. The Homemasters crew was incredibly persistent in getting our metal roof cleaned aporopriately! It involved more work than initially expected but the team, Jordan and Nathan, did it!! I was impressed!
