I called our project manager, Jeff Eason & he immediately responded driving from Bremerton to Belfair and was on our roof at 3:30 AM fixing the issue himself in the storm. “I had a small leak in my roof over my maim bathroom. Called J&J Roofing and they sent out an estimator (Josh) the next day. Josh was very professional and pleasant to work with. After speaking with him I felt confident about the work proposed. I received an estimate the next day and signed it for the work to me done. Areas of opportunity are: Didn't hear from them for a week and had to call them to schedule my appointment that was delayed the repair further until they came out. Workers arrived in the morning when I was told I had and afternoon appointment with no call to notify me of the change. Also the workers came unprepared without all the equipment needed to perform the repair.“

“Quickly responded and got the work done. They suggested changes like removing the covered gutters. They trimmed a large bush that was touching the roof. Looking at the bush, it doesn’t seem it was trimmed correctly or even enough to last more than a few months. So that was disappointing considering the extra cost we paid for the trimming. Otherwise, it was sufficient.“

“This is one of the best businesses I’ve dealt with in my 20 years living in Clark County. First they installed gutter guards. Their communication was great and the workmanship was excellent. Second, they devised and executed a solution for a gutter problem that was part of poor roof/gutter design when the house was built in 2006. I had a roofing company and different gutter company take a shot at fixing the problem. $$ wasted. Third, I was having some drain problems this spring.
