I am very happy with this clinic. They are always prompt, which is very much appreciated. I can't stand hanging out in a waiting room when I arrive on time for a medical appt. That has never happened here! Although we are still working on my dry eye problem, Dr. Kim always answers my questions very kindly, and he clearly knows all the things! The nurses and front desk folks are very kind as well.

Upon hearing that my eye was sensitive to light and tearing, Dr. Kim got me in the same day. He came in two days later, kids in tow, to make sure my eye was improving — despite the office being closed that day.It was Memorial Day Sunday.The fancy residency programs at University of California schools are impressive - he’s obviously smart and well- trained. But the best thing about the place is that Dr. Kim is kind, caring, and willing to do the right thing for your eyeballs.Even on a holiday weekend.

Heartfelt thanks to the team amazing team at Bellingham Bay for restoring my vision when my right eye was so clouded over I could not see the eye chart.My beyond pleasant experience started with the initial phone call with Shannon, and continued in person with her at the front desk.Dr. James Kim and his dear assistant Christina then restored my vision in a couple of brief hours of testing and treatment.My deepest gratitude to everyone concerned for prayer, intention. energy and Love in this entire process.May you all be blessed!
