The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The assistants were friendly, but professional, compassionate and put me at my ease. Dr Kim was professional, shared all the details of my exam and explained thoroughly the results. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. The on-going care plan was clear to me.

Kasey, the optician, was very helpful in helping me to find a new pair of frames. They have a very nice selection of stylish frames and the customer service provided was outstanding.

Came to Dr Kim for second opinion after having a 3 yr experience with a different Ophthalmologist who would not give me an explanation of why I needed 4 new Glasses RX IN 2 years. He was seeing me every 6 mo but could not get any info even when I asked directly. Dr Kim knew right away after detailed exam!! I needed new lenses due to cataracts. I was having classic symptoms but maybe a little young!! I had first surgery with a GREAT outcome. 20/20 vision now. Second one is scheduled in 2 weeks. Easy experience at BAC! Surgicenter. Staff I find not as experienced as would be helpful but friendly and caring. I am pleased I changed Drs!! Dr Kim could work on his bedside...read full review
