She personally reached out, sincerely apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and offered to personally fix my hair. She also gave me a full refund for my previous service, which I really appreciated.

When I came back, she personally took care of my hair and even stayed a little late to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate how much effort and care she put into making things right. She was understanding, patient, and genuinely wanted me to leave happy.

Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out to me was how the owner handled the situation and went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciate the customer service and will definitely remember the kindness and effort she showed. Thank you! ❤“

My 5 year old had her first pedicure and they were gentle with her. we had Nikki, Lyn, Wendy and Natalie. I also believe that the gentleman is either the manager or the owner of the salon, though I've forgotten his name. He was very welcoming and understanding, and the salon itself is beautiful and clean. Definitely will be coming here regularly with my daughter. Thank you so much :)“
