Benny Mobley is a tremendous trainer. He customized my workouts through chronic illness, injuries, surgeries, and healing.
I’ve been trained by him for two years. Happy with my results, and still getting more fit all the time.

Benny is a personable and incredibly motivating coach. He meets you right where you are, understands your goals, and pushes you so that you leave every single session a little stronger. His workouts are focused, effective, and fun—packed with plenty of laughter and encouraging humor.

The gym environment is relaxed and supportive, surrounded by everyday people who are all focused on getting healthier and stronger together. On top of his incredible training skills, Benny shares fantastic nutritional insights and practical ideas. At the recommendation of a friend, I partnered with Benny over 6 years ago. I then brought along my 90 year old father, a proud Marine who also hired Benny for his last 4 years.

I learned so much about my body and myself before relocating after retirement in September 2025. Benny provides much more than fitness training, he is a real life coach as he focuses on your mental health and well-being as well as nutrition!
