I will caveat this by saying I have since left the US and have not been a member for at least 3 years. However I do believe in givbing credit where its due. I have been recently having muscoskeletal issues due to flat feet which I have had my whole life. During my physiotherapy appointments I just realised that its not that the issues suddenly started, but during my time in the US as a member of Bstrong the issues that should have inevitably happened where actively prevented by my regular classes at Bstrong. Without me even realizing it. At the time my main motivation was to lose weight but clearly the programming at Bstrong is so intentionally devised for overall wellness that it prevented complications of fallen archs for me without even realising it. Its unfortunately only now I am realising this. I have fond memories of the gym and hope that it has remained largely the same if not better. As someone with no Bstrong, I highly recommend this gym for your overall wellness.
2020 Review
I have been going to this gym regularly since I live nearby. Its the best in the area due to so many reasons. The workouts are very effective - I have become stronger this past year thanks to them (+ losing 20+ lbs ?). The instructors are very kind, attentive and care about all the members. I was especially touched during the initial days of the pandemic - they found ways to keep everyone active and healthy - virtual workouts, youtube workouts, regular articles on healthy living. The community is also fantastic - before the pandemic we used to have get-togethers occasionally, which I loved. Everyone is very kind. Bstrong is not just a gym- its a fitness community ❤️“

I love the modern and clean vibe of the gym. It’s super easy to find parking and most importantly working with Kathy has been awesome. She has a very approachable and pleasant personality that makes it very easy to share my fitness goals. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident and safe when training with her. I never thought I would be able to gain the strength I have gained so far and I’m super happy with the results. Highly recommend!!“

12708 Northup Way, Bellevue“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“

1039 106th Ave NE, Bellevue“Very tough and difficult work out. I tried it for the first time and I was surviving it trying to do just something for the whole class. It’s a series of small strength-building movements. I’m sure they are very effective and it’s cool that everyone gets their own space to work at and do their thing. I prefer something more upbeat though.
