I have used this shop 5 times, 3 times BC (before Covid) and 2 since. Because I'm short, I'm a frequent customer. I am usually getting the waist taken in and having pants shortened and long sleeves shortened. Other than dealing with cigarette smoke when I had a headache, I have never had a problem. Her command of English is top notch and it usually takes 7 days to get the item(s) back, be it one or 4 items.
I don't have much experience with tailors, but they did an excellent job tailoring my 3 sets of jeans. They fit exactly as I wanted them.
For my alterations, each pair of jeans cost $30, and I was able to pick them up in 2 weeks (I think they can do it faster if you need them to--probably for an additional fee). I don't know if the price and time are standard, but I'm pleased with the results, so I feel it was worth the money and wait.
Bring cash--it's the only payment method they accept.
