“We started with a sour dough caused drain clog, ended up with Jason finding that our septic filter has been placed at the wrong places and the water is not going from the first tank to the pump tank, then figured out the clog is worse than we thought and took multiple hours of drain snake to clean the main pipe out.
It was definitely stressful / hard work, and during multiple points we were genuinely worried, but Jason kept pushing and explained to us how things work.
Eventually we fixed both the septic and the sour dough clog over two days, as well as replaced a sewage pipe that wasn't done properly.
Jason will be our plumber of choice going forward!”
