Alan S.came out same day I called for service; every place I tried calling said they wouldn’t out to service the day after. I have a family of 7 so I needed it done asap! He was incredibly efficient, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing and answering any questions we had I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family! They came out to empty the grease trap at one of our businesses. They were friendly, but the first time the driver showed up he said he couldn’t find parking, so he rescheduled. The second time he came he set everything up, then wanted payment up front from our barista. That had never been communicated and of course our employee didn’t have money to give him, so he packed everything back up and left. I called and told the person on the phone what happened and she was very apologetic and took my card to have on file, then they sent him back out the next day.
