“My home was built in the late 80s as part of a PUD(public urban development). It had extensive dry rot which needed to be addressed. Andrew Cole was the Project Manager and a great communicator. Casey Richart was the main contractor that I worked with. They communicated between themselves and me, any necessary changes or problems that arose due to the fact that dry rot is like an onion, you never know what you're dealing with until you begin peeling back the layers. Casey always arrived on time and if he was going to be delayed the following day, he let me know when I could expect him. Andrew would check in periodically to see how things were going. They involved me in the process, answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I can’t speak highly enough of the company and its employees. From the initial meeting with their estimator (Steven), throughout the entire project through to their own final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with.
There were a lot of intricate details involved with the railing, removing and reinstalling vinyl siding and adding broader trim to the whole exterior. They did a fabulous job with all of it.
