Dr. Steve is a caring and compassionate vet who always takes extra time to FULLY explain what is going on with my pet and then gives us multiple options for their care. “My expectations were EXCEEDED! After a traumatizing recent visit to another local vet, I decided to try Central Valley, in hopes that somewhere else would win me and my dog over. Did they ever! Dr. Ray is patient, friendly, compassionate and she works with positive reinforcement. My dog was nervous at first but she won her over and made the entire experience positive and pleasant. She doesn't talk down to you, makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything so great. I've never had a vet so easy to talk to. Our tech, Andrea and Kelsey at the front made our experience even less stressful. They are top notch and super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well laid out, especially if you have a nervous pup. Pricing was actually lower than my former vet. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!“

“Lucy is a 12 year old Lab mix who has never had any health issues until the last 4 months. In April she came up with a tumor on her right hind foot. It was biopsied and determined to be cancerous. We decided to have it removed. She healed amazingly well and still managed to love Dr. Josh! Then she got a hematoma in her left ear and a tumor in her right eye. More very successful surgery and still her love for Dr. Josh and the whole staff. Expensive yes but very necessary. Clifton Hollow is at the top of our pet care refuge! We love and appreciate everyone there.“
