We had to put our elderly cat down and the team at Alder Trail was so wildly compassionate. When I explained the situation they were able to get us in same day. The doctor sat with and pet her through most of the process. I didn’t know what to expect but this went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend this vet office.
It was my first experience at alder trail today. We had a senior doggie boarder declining rapidly while the owners were out of town with existing afflictions. Dr. Cody was compassionate, patient, and very attending. It was a difficult visit, but ended peacefully. Thank you to the team at Alder Trail Animal hospital. It's taken a year to post my review, apologies for the delay.. hardest day of my life, but your whole staff made it as comfortable as it could be. We were in the best of hands and received exceptional care, support, and time in sending our beloved senior pup on to his adventure in the sky. These wonderful humans provided understanding and showed much grace for the grief I was experiencing. I know our baby passed on painlessly, in my arms and as comfortable as could be.
