She includes a wide variety of exercises with a good amount of warm up so I never get bored. I've been taking Pilates lessons for 15 years in several different locations across the US and Laurie ranks as one of the best instructors I've ever had.“

“I've known Marissa and practiced Pilates with her on and off for the past few years. Marissa is the best! She is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and flexible in her approach. I love that she focuses on form and focus. I have good and bad days and Marissa is empathetic and able to meet me where I am at (chair/mat Pilates, Zoom sessions) on the days where the Reformer feels a bit too much. She is an excellent instructor and a really good person.“
