Much fewer aches and pains, my lower back issues rarely flare up and when they do it subsides sooner. Seeing growth in muscle, posture, alignment, balance and coordination. It’s fun, yet relaxing. Flow classes give a thorough full body workout without being overly strenuous— they also have more intense options available.
There are many instructors who all have their own unique personality in coaching and class structure. I always leave feeling better than I arrived and happy that I showed up. Very grateful for this local studio and all who work so hard to make it a consistently excellent experience for class attendees. ?“

“I've known Marissa and practiced Pilates with her on and off for the past few years. Marissa is the best! She is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and flexible in her approach. I love that she focuses on form and focus. I have good and bad days and Marissa is empathetic and able to meet me where I am at (chair/mat Pilates, Zoom sessions) on the days where the Reformer feels a bit too much. She is an excellent instructor and a really good person.“

She includes a wide variety of exercises with a good amount of warm up so I never get bored.
