“I came in today with my nervous Bernese Mountain dog and she wouldn’t go inside of the door. The owner Faith immediately came out to help me with an additional lead and treats without me having to ask! Her team did an amazing job with her cut and washing her thick undercoat! As I walked in to pick her up I was welcomed with the sight of big hugs, treats and praises to my dog. She told
