I came in today with my nervous Bernese Mountain dog and she wouldn’t go inside of the door. The owner Faith immediately came out to help me with an additional lead and treats without me having to ask! Her team did an amazing job with her cut and washing her thick undercoat! As I walked in to pick her up I was welcomed with the sight of big hugs, treats and praises to my dog. She told
me she did great and gave me many tips to brush through her undercoat to help shedding. Feels amazing to take our family dog to a place that truly cares and values them! Thank you so much Faith and Surf Dog team!
I just picked up my 7 year old chocolate Labradoodle - Faith and her team do a great job every time! If you look at all the amazing reviews, you will notice that only two of the bad reviews are within the past year, the rest are more than 4 years old. The current owner Faith is very knowledgeable and caring for all animals that are groomed here. The prices are very fair and they have some add-on services that can add up quickly, BUT you don't have to add those to the base groom fee!
Can’t say enough great things about Surf Dog. Faith & the team took excellent care of my Shepherd while in for grooming. Customer service is friendly and professional. Thanks for all you do!
