This was my first time taking my Butter kitty to Purrocious and I will definitely be a return customer. The staff is super friendly and explained everything before taking my Butter kitty. They were very caring and gently with him and his hair cut turned out purrrfect.

Super easy booking, drop off, and pick up. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. DoodleFluff’s vet had significantly cut back services such as grooming, and it was a relief to find a salon specific to cats and willing to perform grooming without sedation. Fluff had significant matting, and the staff explained various scenarios and costs upfront. He came home a happy cat and mat free. Fluff will definitely be back.2024 update: Fluff has been back multiple times and comes home looking terrific. Scheduling, drop off, and pick up are easy. First time visit with a senior kitty with matted fur . My fur baby was shaved and clipped and did not seem to be overly stressed. We were greeted politely and were advised of the grooming details as well as risks due to my pet’s advanced age.
