Without any available plumbing plans for our 23yo house in Belmont Bay, Luke, Stephen & Edgar began a systematic search to locate the leak under the concrete slab, which they found. “Our experience with the owner Reid, is nothing short of fantastic. He really knows his stuff and is just an all around great human being. He was so responsive via text even before our appointment - just trying to walk us through what the problem could be. I see the bad reviews about missed appointments or reschedules. We did have to wait a while for him to get here but customers need to understand that this is a smaller company. Sure you can call FH Furr or Roto Rooter and they can send a 20 year old technicial with minimal training to you the next day. And have them tell you your house is falling apart and you need 20K work of work, etc. Having worked with those larger companies for plumbing many times --- they SUCK. They just want to take your money and their techs make commission so the more they upsell you the more they make.

Reid isn't like that. He might not be able to get to you for a week but he's a quality guy. He'll spend time trying to find the problem and repairing it. And he will give you options and recommendations for what to do first. He even recommended an HVAC company and the owner of that company called me himself to try to take care of us.

We would highly recommend Northern Virginia Plumbing. Frankly we'd let Reid work on just about anything in our house that he said he could fix. He knows his stuff and is seemingly a very honest guy to boot.“
