EMS are the BEST contractors. Why? Responsiveness. Professionalism. Quality. 1. They do great quality work. They do things the right way. 2. They follows codes. Pull required permits. They follow through with required inspections. 3. EXCELLENT customer service. Daniel is super patient. Explains the issues and options. Answers questions. 4. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up on time. They follow up. They provide estimates in a timely manner. 5. If there is an issue or anything doesn't go as planned, they are prompt in addressing it. 6. They take pictures of all the work that was performed and send you pictures. They provide professional estimates and invoices. They did a heavy up for me. Replaced multiple gas lines and plumbing. They also fixed an issue with my roof.
