“My experience with Landes has so far been nothing but smooth. Craig Landes provided a detailed estimate and was there both at start and completion to ensure that installation was properly performed. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the associated details. Logan, one of the 3 men on site, was also very professional and polite. It was refreshing to know that people who take pride in their work still exist. Unfortunately it's a very rare thing nowadays. Now, I just hope the people who manufactured the product also took pride in their work and the unit lasts over 25 years like the one it replaced. “These wonderful men tried for 2 days to fix my toilet problems. They decovered it was a root that had grown into my pipes. I could have had to wait several days to have a working toilet. Bring 73, I only have one bathroom. They came the next day and spent the entire day working on digging up the line and fixing it. I was very impressed with these gentlemen and would recommend the company to do a good job.“
