My experience with Landes has so far been nothing but smooth. Craig Landes provided a detailed estimate and was there both at start and completion to ensure that installation was properly performed. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the associated details. Logan, one of the 3 men on site, was also very professional and polite. It was refreshing to know that people who take pride in their work still exist. Unfortunately it's a very rare thing nowadays. Now, I just hope the people who manufactured the product also took pride in their work and the unit lasts over 25 years like the one it replaced. I have used Landes for several years for general maintenance. When they noted a problem with my 29 year old system, I decided to upgrade. Landes was great to work with and installed my new system efficiently!

Jeff just came to investigate why suddenly our house was a sauna upstairs and a fridge downstairs. He figured out and fixed the problem, explained what, why, and how, was polite and very knowledgeable. Shortly - awesome! Our house is comfortable again, and we are very happy with the service.
