Installed a new heat pump and air handler to replace our 30 year old system. Very professional and knowledgeable people. I will definitely contact them in the future for any work/ service I need
I was referred to K & K and I am very happy I was ! When they say what time they will be there ,they are there ! Very friendly , very reasonable. We found out we didn't have heat over the weekend and I called first thing Monday morning and they squeezed me in and my heat has never worked better. The technician answered all of my questions and was super nice and when I got the bill was so happy because it was very reasonable and i have already recommended them to several people. And will definitely be using them again. On a frantic Sunday in 2019, when I called K & K to leave a message, Barbara answered and scheduled a service call the next morning. After several semiannual checkups, the aged system was replaced in January 2022. The team at K & K is professional, customer-service oriented and always top notch. We are blessed to be able to contact them. We consider them a valued part of our home maintenance team and friends.Service: HVAC system maintenance
