Gave this company a call because my house was all hot and gross. Miss Peg told me they were all booked for the day, I called at like 4 in the afternoon. But she did try to give me some troubleshooting tips over the phone. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day. A technician named Wayne came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable and educated me on my air conditioning system as he worked. Thanks elite. It was something that he could fix quickly that didn't cost an arm and a leg. He was not able to take a card in person so I had to call the office back Monday morning and pay over the phone. Top notch service! I called them on my lunch break and they were at my house in an hour and a half. They quickly diagnosed my problem and got me temporarily fixed up until I can get the part I need. I just want to thank Wayne and everyone at Gilliam's for taking care of us. We had a major gas leak and have been trying to get it fixed since last week. Tried several different places that kept giving us the run around. A friend of mine suggested I give Gilliam's a call. I'm so thankful I did. Within an hour or so of calling Wayne came out to assess the situation and got us on the schedule to get the issue fixed. They came and fixed the original issue the gas company came across and uncovered another leak under our house and fixed that too. We are so thankful. Would recommend this company to anyone.
