“We have been using KMA since moving to VB in 2019. Unfortunately, our roof has had multiple issues over the years and we thankfully found KMA to address ALL our needs! Paul and his team are kind, honest, and provide superior work at a fraction of the price of other places we got quotes from. Within the last month, he helped replace roof vent collars, but of course additional damage was uncovered and he still got all the work done in one day and for a steal of a price! And unlike many other companies, if he doesn’t specialize in it, he won’t accept the work, but he will recommend a specialist for that need. CanNOT recommend KMA enough if you have roof/siding issues. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Paul and team for another project WELL DONE ??“

“I contacted Sonny near the end of August requesting a quote to replace my roof, gutters and trim. After selecting the colors and styles of materials he scheduled the work. His crew arrived in a couple of days to begin their work. The whole project took about two and a half weeks. It's a relatively large roof. The work they provided is exemplary. They cleaned up and removed debris every day prior to leaving. All of his staff are polite and courteous. I am very satisfied with the work they performed and the condition they left my property. “Miguel came out and took a look at my roof and gutters to figure out why I had some water getting in to my closet ceiling. Turns out it was a bad gutter design where it would overflow and spill backwards. It had rotted out my fascia and caused some damage. I discussed the repair process and materials with him and finalized these items with Donna Clark in the contract process. They answered all my questions and were very patient. They did their best to schedule the repair right before a winter storm and got the job done in blistering cold. There was a small but affordable change order added, that I expected, as some of the roof sheeting had moisture and rot creep up from underneath. I was suprised at just how well they matched my new gutter color to the old and also how well they rebuilt my exterior soffit to match the way it was before. The materials they used, such as the PVC fascia and added drip edge should help prevent this problem from reoccuring. They did an exceptional job, I am very happy with the final result. I paid more than I was expecting but for the quality of the service, speed, and the end product quality I feel the price was warranted. The job came with a warranty that will last a couple years too. I have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past and I felt like this is an honest company with good people that care. Thanks to the Clark team, I will be calling you again in the future.“

“I worked with Gelardi Enterprises for a kitchen renovation in 2019. They were very professional; the work was top notch; and I couldn't be happier. John was very good about communicating the schedule, getting the subcontractors in on time, and moving things around when a delay in the cabinets (not his fault) caused jobs to shift. The job site was kept relatively clean (always hard, but nice when a contractor pays attention to it), and the intrusion of not having a kitchen for two months was minimized as much as they could. The final cost was commensurate with the estimate. I recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.“
