Gilpin Roofing Co. is a class act. I have a two story house and a leak developed in the area where the lower part of the house connects to the larger part. I had a couple companies look at it and give me estimates but just didn't seem very confident to me. I then called Gilpin Roofing and the owner of the company came quickly. He told me what he needed to do to look for and fix the leak which involved removing some roofing shingles and vinal siding. He gave me a fair price to do this repair and I signed an agreement with him. The repair took about 3.5 hours and the removed siding was reinstalled and cannot tell it was ever removed. Gilpin’s team did an outstanding job. Helped provide direction to contractor who had to remove a roof deck before they could reroof the cottage! Cleaned up beautifully. Showed up as promised. Great people to work with!!

Geoff and his team were great. Geoff patiently answered all of our questions and helped us understand the nuances of our project since we had only been in this house a few months. The team was very efficient and cleaned up after the project very thoroughly. We were worried that our kids would step on nails in our yard while they were playing but we haven't found any after several weeks.Thanks Geoff, and thanks to your workers as well.
