They arrived early not only replaced the roofing but also the plywood which was from when the house was built in 1958. The worker moved and covered everything in the yard near the house, haven't found any scraps in the yard, The roof looks great and everyone we worked with were very professional.
Had a predatory roofing company tell my parents that their 10 year old roof was bad and that they needed a new roof at the cost of 23,000. I asked gilpin to take a look. No repairs needed.
Thank you for being honest
What a great crew. They came when they said they would and finished the job before I expected they would. They cleaned up in such a way one would never know they had worked around the house.
