“McDaniels is wonderful! They did my mother's roof last year, and it looked so good that I called them to do my roof on a home I just bought here a month ago. They shifted their schedule around to accommodate me, which was incredibly nice of them. They were very communicative through the entire process, did a great job cleaning the debris and roofing nails afterwards, and the price was incredibly fair for the work completed. I had a roof tear-off and replacement done, installed a ridge vent and eave vents since my previous roof did not have ventilation, and put new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards on as well. The whole process only took two days! I do have a smaller roof, which helped the timeline some. The tear-off caused my flue to the water heater to disconnect in my utility room, but the crew supervisor was quick to fix that before they left since I wouldn't have been able to reach it. I've also received compliments from my new neighbors on how great the new roof looks. Overall I would highly recommend McDaniels and would totally use them again if I ever need a new roof on another home in the future!“

“We had the team replace our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way there was clear, prompt communication with everyone involved from the office staff to the onsite project manager. No matter who was at the house, they were on time, professional, and polite. No one tried to up sell us on anything but took the time to clearly explain the options and differences. When it came time for the install, crews showed up first thing in the morning. They worked safely and methodically all day, making sure they protected the landscaping and HVAC units. The crews cleaned up throughout the day as well as the end of each day. They paid attention to details to make sure everything was right. Jazmine, our project manager, really made this a top tier experience. She always made sure to check in along the way to share progress, concerns the crews found, and the plan to remedy. These conversations always included pictures to make sure we truly understood both the existing problems and how they were solved. We even had a situation where the driver dropping off the dumpster ran over our grass and a few sprinkler heads. Jazmine made sure we took pictures and video of everything along with testing it to see what the real damage was. Fortunately nothing was broken and it was easy to reset. But she was ready to get it fixed had there been an issue.

“I cannot recommend Bevins Roofing enough. They are a small, family owned business, who provides excellent customer service. They do have only one crew, that only does one job at a time. The advantage to this is that they will make sure that your project is finished Before doing anything else. Because they are a small business, their prices are excellent. They provide the same materials and warranties as the larger roofing companies in town, but at a fraction of the price. Several houses in my neighborhood have been re-roofed, including my own, by Bevins, and they look amazing. One thing I truly appreciate is that Gary does not lie to you in order to charge you more. every contractor that I spoke with recommended an expensive ridge vent for my house, which has multiple small ridges, and Gary was honest in telling me that the benefit compared to standard roof vents and attic fan would be very minimal. I have had a couple of service calls since the installation, and their responses were prompt and they fixed these issues correctly. If I had another roof, I would have them do it again!“
