I’ve been going for at least 1 year and I always go on Fridays or Saturdays because Fatima is working those days. She really takes care about my eyebrows. I have not had the same experience on Sundays with an Asian woman, she has hurt me and thinned my eyebrows. But I really recommend Fatima, she is the best!

Fatima is always great! She fixed an issue with my left brow, that a prior stylist messed up. I didn’t say anything to the other stylist at that time because the lighting was so poor, I could barely see in there. Fatima got my brows back on track.I would definitely recommend better lighting for the techs to use while threading…and so for the customers to SEE. I haven't had my brows threaded since before Covid and decided that this was the day! I walked into brow art for the first time and didn't realize there was a computer check in system until after I sat down and saw someone check in before me..... I think my one suggestion would be to make this a little more obvious for newbies to the location.Other than that, it was quick, easy, and my brows looked so fresh!
