I'm so happy that I chose The Carney Center for my eye surgery. My eyelids were drooping and I had fairly large bags under my eyes. From the moment I walked into the VA Beach office I felt at ease having been greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room was very warm and inviting and I loved the decor. The nursing staff were smiling and very upbeat and informative. Photos were taken by Dr. Carney and downloaded on his computer so that I could see what my eyes looked like then, and what they would look like after surgery.
