I'm so happy that I chose The Carney Center for my eye surgery. My eyelids were drooping and I had fairly large bags under my eyes. From the moment I walked into the VA Beach office I felt at ease having been greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room was very warm and inviting and I loved the decor. The nursing staff were smiling and very upbeat and informative. Photos were taken by Dr. Carney and downloaded on his computer so that I could see what my eyes looked like then, and what they would look like after surgery. I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked into the Carney Center. I am pleased with the results of my procedure. But more importantly, I am pleased that Dr. Carney and his staff recognize that it is not easy for a woman to reach out to a surgeon to have a cosmetic procedure which will help her feel better about her appearance. Dr. Carney and his staff were all sensitive to the somewhat embarrassing exposures required for cosmetic surgery, and they helped me be at ease through the procedure. I recommend The Carney Center.
