“I have worked with Blue Ridge Optical for over 12 years, as both a patient, the mother of a patient, the daughter of a patient, and in my personal career. The Blue Ridge Optical team is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and goes to enormous lengths to stay on top of the newest lens technology. This day and age, it is painstaking and confusing to accept insurance plans and still provide good, quality lenses across the board---at times even at a great financial inconvenience to the establishment. They also take time to speak with sales representatives---many of which will all arrive on the same day and time simultaneously! They are responsive, positive, courteous and maintain a good sense of humor despite having to deal with many curmudgeons. Highly recommend them for lenses, high Rx's and troubleshooting.“
