Just made an appointment here and got one within a week. This will be my 3rd year coming here. I won't go anywhere else. The doctor and staff are very helpful they answer any questions you may have. They make sure you understand everything before you leave. I like that you can get your glasses at the same place. They have a good selection of frames and they explain everything about the glasses from the frames to the extras you maybe interested in. Mavis has helped me each time I've been there and she's very knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing your frames that will work best for you. I had a fantastic experience at National Optical with Dr. Boro. The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Dr. Boro took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam, which made me feel confident and well-informed about my eye health. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, including being fitted for both glasses and contacts. As someone without vision insurance, I really appreciated that the prices were very reasonable—and even more importantly, all costs were explained upfront with complete transparency. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for efficient, thorough, and affordable eye care!

Mavis was so kind and took a lot of time to explain things to me about the different lens options. She was well educated about my insurance and shared a lot of information with me about my eye condition that my doctor had not even explained.
