I stopped by the Botetourt office today to schedule an appointment. I was assisted by Samantha at the front desk. She was a great help. She was able and eager to answer all of my questions. She even checked on my insurance coverage and this gave me peace of mind. I am looking forward to my appointment. I also looked at frames and received help immediately. The office staff in both areas are fantastic.Thank you.

I've been here a few times. All the staff is great and friendly. They are always very helpful and professional. Great customer service.Talk to Alice when picking out glasses. She's is ah-mazing!

It is a shame that the office staff is rude and abrupt. The doctors are great. Dr Kevin Coolbaugh is fantasic and has helped me greatly in the past.However, There was some confusion as to whether they were in Network with my insurance. When talking to the staff on the phone they kept telling me they were in network very quickly with out asking any questions. The information was the opposite of what I had heard previously. I had other questions as well. They were very abrupt. Before the call ended I was informed that that the practice is not in network. There would be no eye care coverage if I was seen there.
