I have had another great experience at Blue Ridge Optical at the British Woods Rd. office in Roanoke, VA. ! After going with my mother to her eye exam, I can say without a doubt that the assistant giving the eye exam and Dr. Eng and his nurse are caring professionals who take the time to do a good exam. Instructions were clearly given. We next visited the Optical side of the shop where Mrs. Alice Jenkins greeted usquickly and with a smile. A new pair of glasses was in store for my mom. Took my Daughter there today for her eye exam. The Dr and Nurses are great. Went to check out. Was told to go next Door to get her new Eye glass prescription. Me and my Daughter walked over the staff seen us. Never came out to ask us if we could be helped with new glasses. Or what we needed. Very rude on that side of the business. So I walked back to the other side and asked if I was correct in going over there to get my Daughters prescription. They said yes. I explained I had been over there for sometime was the only customer there. And no one would help me ask me if I needed anything.
