Optometrists and receptionists were exceptional. However, the techs should really educate themselves on the program Cherry that they advertise for delayed payments. Trying tia’s questions about the program when the tech knows nothing about it is kind of difficult. Otherwise good

Very happy with the doctor but the billing office has been terrible with me.
After the exam in March 2026 I was told the bill was $129 which I paid.
In April I received the EOB from Medicare, Medicare paid $104 which means the billing office owes me $104. The billing office claims that the refund check was mailed on May 1, 2026.
As of today the check gas not arrived. Just talked to the Roanoke office manager. She said that it may take 3 weeks for the postal service to deliver the letter.

My recent visit to Johnson Curran was a great experience. I showed up on time and they saw me on time. I was able to pick out frames and the entire process was very simple and easy. I highly recommend.
