Pretty good staff they are nice the glasses are sorted by gender with a section for kids it took a while for them to get my prescription in the computer and figure out coatings and stuff but i ordered my glasses and they look very niceTo clarify im just ordering frames here so i have no experience with anything other then that

I'm Extremely Impressed by this office, this is where bring my wife and daughter To have an amazing experience in eye care. They don't have much choices frames But there isn't a frame they can't work on and when they work on them they are Perfect.1507 Hershberger Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012

I took my daughter to national optical after America's best screwed up her prescription. So far so good, national optical gave her the correct prescription and I was able to order glasses from Zenni as usual. It didn't take long to get an appointment which is helpful. Doctor and receptionist were both very nice. No complaints.
