When I arrived, she was so kind and very efficiently led me through some options for my areas of concern before swiftly completing my IPL session. It didn't hurt and I was very comfortable the entire time. Sahel took time to explain what was happening since this was my first procedure of any kind, which I really appreciated. Sahel is obviously very well versed and I loved that she wastes no time in getting the procedure done without making you feel rushed. I already booked my next appointment!“

“I came here today to get my tan on in the exclusive diamond club room. However, my app glitched and my points expired 2 days ago. Compounded with that problem I lost my wallet on the plane a few days back so had to cancel my credit cards and only have cash for the week. The manager Katie was super helpful and went above and beyond to help this long time customer. I'll continue to come here bc of the fantastic people that are so accommodating and friendly.
