I would have given a higher score, but I recently purchased 30 days for $175. Tomorrow is my last day, and today when I went in I was told that for this entire 30 days, I could have been using level 5 with the red light therapy. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT AND I AM extremely disappointed. My husband and daughter are both members.
I had a great experience here! Jena was incredibly sweet, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain the different tanning packages and products without making me feel pressured, and she was very knowledgeable about what would work best for my needs. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. I'll definitely be back!
***LANA*** you are amazing! You were so helpful and knowledgeable about all the differences between levels and beds. And about lotions too. I really appreciated how much of a girls girl you are and I felt like you genuinely wanted me to get the results I was looking for while keeping me safe from burning! I left PBT for a while but honestly I think I’m coming back this fall/winter sheerly for the service I experienced today at this location. You rock girl, I hope you get some corporate recognition for this because you deserve it.
