Was a loyal customer for many years but recently quit after my stored tan dollars disappeared. Good tanning place still. It's simply about poor options to manage your account and have palm beach provide any sort of transparency about our accounts.
I love Palm Beach Tan. I've been a member for many years and I'm just now seeing these negative reviews. I don't know why. I guess anyone can have a bad experience but generally this location is on top of it. I was once turned away 20 minutes before closing (because the teenager was ready to go home) and I sent an email to the store and the district manager contacted me immediately and resolved it. Great customer service. Also, the Sunscape provides a fantastic spray tan! It looks incredibly natural. People often ask me if I've been laying on a beach! Anyway, don't hesitate to go here. It's a great product, great staff, and parking is super easy.
