Been a member for 9 years. Read the other reviews and let's acknowledge that we come here because it's the best price in town. Yes, it's crowded on weeknights. Yes, it can take a while for equipment to be fixed. They recently repainted and seem to be making upgrades. If you redeem loyalty points for an extra year on your contract it works out to about $25/month.

This place is falling apart. They no longer seem to employ janitors, as none can be seen on the floor, and the mirrors are dirty and the spray bottles are often empty.The equipment is old and quite a few machines are out of service.The locker rooms are disgusting. Yesterday, two of the three urinals in the men's bathroom were out of order and had plastic bags over them. Over half of the showers are out of order, as they do not have shower heads on them. The shower stalls are dirty too - paper towels, old bandaids, and other trash can be found in the shower stalls. Incompetent desk staff can’t help grabbing peoples phones out of their hands to scan a barcode and can’t keep their hands off of drinks by the part that goes in the customer’s mouth to be drank. 5 different staff members gave an attitude when being asked nicely if they could bring the scanner up to the desk and grab the bottles from the middle like a few of their more competent employees who have common sense do. My friend and I wonder if they do it on purpose to push customer’s buttons since thats what young immature workers do in a lot of places when the owners are not around.
