Palm Beach Tan is a reputable tanning salon that consistently provides excellent customer service. The team is always helpful and knowledgeable, guiding customers through the tanning process, especially for newcomers. The salon offers a variety of tanning beds and spray machines, ensuring a quick and convenient experience. While some of the equipment may show signs of wear, it still functions effectively. Customers appreciate the clean facilities and the staff's willingness to go the extra mile, as demonstrated by one employee's prompt action in returning a lost item with sentimental value. Overall, Palm Beach Tan is a reliable choice for those seeking a quality tanning experience.
I visited the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location today and had an incredible customer service experience thanks to Ally who was managing the store.
I've used the Spray Tan booths in the past, and was eager to try the new wellness options that are now available.
Ally provided options to me and gave me advice on the services that I would find useful. She walked me carefully step by step on how to use the new sauna and red-light therapy and I was really excited to give it a try.
The store was clean, inviting, and I can't wait to see how using the sauna redlight therapy service over the next few months helps with inflammation and the health of my skin.
Team is always helpful and always provide the best customer service. Of course, it's a service that is a contract like a gym and it you need to read the fine print. For nice equipment, you will also pay more- which is worth it. Like anything, you get what you pay for.

Helpful and friendly staff. The service is quick, convenient and the facilities are clean. Some of the tanning beds have had their fair share of use and show their age. However, they work just fine.
