I've used the Spray Tan booths in the past, and was eager to try the new wellness options that are now available.

Ally provided options to me and gave me advice on the services that I would find useful. She walked me carefully step by step on how to use the new sauna and red-light therapy and I was really excited to give it a try.

The store was clean, inviting, and I can't wait to see how using the sauna redlight therapy service over the next few months helps with inflammation and the health of my skin.

The salon was incredibly busy, with a noticeable backup due to prom season, spray tan appointments, etc. but Ellie handled everything with professionalism and composure. Rather than leaving customers wondering what was going on, she proactively kept everyone updated on wait times and apologized for the delays, even though the circumstances were clearly outside of her control.

What impressed me also was how knowledgeable she was. She took the time to explain the available upgrades, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and clearly knew the details of every option she discussed. At no point did I feel pressured, just informed.
