The emergency callout fee was extremely reasonable and fair. Loren, the technician who responded, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified that the issue was with the county’s mainline. He called later that day after he left to make sure the county was there and able to fix the issue. He also said to give them a call back when everything was fixed and they would check it all out with the camera for my peace of mind.
