Frank is the best service contractor I have ever worked with! He was able to come on the same day on a day that was in the 90s to fix my AC. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

My downstairs AC unit went out last night. The unit was set to 69 but it was 73 degrees inside when I got up (and it was only going to get warmer as the day progressed). I went outside to look at the unit and it was not engaging. I called W.F. Parker at about 7:30 on a Monday morning, described the problem, and he said he could be out shortly. He showed up a little over an hour later, fixed the problem (the capacitor was fried) and was done in about 30 minutes. AC worked great after that.
