Our well pump stopped working on us a few days ago. We were working with a very limited budget and I desperately needed to get the water back on for my family asap. I was exploring options to try to do it myself, alone, when I ran into an issue that I couldn't safely work around on my own. I called a chain pluming service first and was quoted a pretty substantial price to replace the pump, piping, and bladder tank. I finally emailed PNH Plumbing and Wells. They said they could replace my pump for nearly 1/4 of what the other company quoted! I checked a few reviews and it was easy to trust them with the job. The same day I received and accepted the quote and had a crew at my house. Within a few hours of them arriving I had water restored!! The team from PNH was awesome, too! They were friendly, and took the time to make sure my family and I understood everything they did every step of the way. They verified some info about the well for me that we didn't have yet. They even said that my bladder looked brand new and didn't need to be changed, while the other company was pushing me to also get a new bladder. They even pointed out some things that needed addressed to keep the system healthy. On top of everything else they, even made sure the price we paid was fair and exactly what we needed to get back up and running. And they got us back up faster than anyone else could have. PNH was honestly amazing. I'm so happy I found them! It's so refreshing to find a local company that cares about the community. If you are looking for help with your well, don't call anyone else.
