“Called Professional Plumbing to troubleshoot a non-functioning well. Communication with the company was great! My plumber, Sam, pre-called, arrived on site and quickly found that the well itself was working but that I had a leaking line under the house that was preventing water from entering the house. Sam had to repair the leak in a 2 foot tall crawl space (lots of spiderwebs!). It was a quick repair as he replaced a pex line and some fittings. Leaked checked his work and all was good but due to a low level water supply in the well, I still had limited water. Sam educated me on the systems and issues and made recommendations to resolve it. Very happy with the workmanship and Sam's professionalism.
I am unable to say if the price was right since I had no comparisons. About 2 - 3 hours (?) work and with the service fee, a difficulty level (confined workspace) fee and replacing the pex the bill was just shy of $800. I paid it and am happy with the job.“
