I was lucky to get an appointment with her the next day (she usually books 8+ weeks in advance) and she was incredible! She was very friendly, extremely patient with all my questions, very thorough, knowledgeable and absolutely hilarious! What a great personality. Normally I'm impatient and anything longer than two hours for my hair is painful for me (not because of the stylist...I just don't like to sit that long) and 3 hours flew by! Unfortunately, the first stylist created chunky, awkward layers for my curl pattern. (I looked a bit like an aging 80s rock star!)
