I am glad that the barber washed my hair thoroughly and paid attention to how I felt comfortable while my hair was being cut. It went the way I wanted it to, even though it took longer than usual. She was also paying attention and not distracted on the phone or by something else.

Came back to get my hair fixed. Went to Catie and she saved the day! she took the time to listen to all my concerns, was very sweet, and gave me hope about my hair. She did an amazing job at blending, adding dimension, and fixing my layers done by someone else. It resulted to exactly how I wished for. I am so appreciative of her great work, I highly recommend Catie!
