I’ve been going to her for a few months now and I won’t go to anyone else.As for Benefit, this last time I went was very frustrating. They switched out the client chair and you can’t lie back anymore and you’re stuck on a thin bar stool and you have to crank your neck back. It really ruins the whole experience and hurts your back. I can’t imagine what it’s doing to Shae’s back, especially after 8 hours of providing services all day.Again, Shae is the only reason for 5 stars. Benefit would get zero, especially because of the uncomfortable chair.“

I went with picture references hoping to get something close to what I imagined but she cut, dyed, AND styled to match me perfectly. Instead of just following the pictures exactly she would cut my front bangs to match my face shape and lightened the dye I chose to make my skin color seem lighter.
