“All of Virginia roofing did an excellent job for me. I had hail and wind damage. Kenny Matute was great. He inspected initially and found the damage that was creating the leak and then also found where it was leaking in other areas I didn’t know about.
Kenny then was at my home waiting for the insurance adjuster to make sure I was being properly treated. From then on the claim and the new roof all went on perfectly. “Great experience with elite countertops for my kitchen. All her contractors were nice. The only issue I had was contractors wanted to get stuff done and not come back, first guy stayed til after 9pm.. I have 3 little kids, second day people didn’t leave til after 8pm.. again I have kids that go to bed around that time. Tile guys had to come back as they did not cut a piece of tile right. After everything was done and paid I got a call asking if elite countertops could have my extra piece of countertop where my stove was cut out, that I would get another piece but it would be lighter… I needed up keeping my original piece. I will say her cabinet guy was amazing! He makes sure everything is done right and will come back if needed. I do love how my kitchen turned out though!“

“Isn't it great when someone gives you their word and then delivers?!My wife and I engaged Jon Hurst and the Fredericksburg Remodeling team as part of a contractor search to finish a portion of our basement and a few other tasks. Coming to agreement on the design and materials all in time to meet our aggressive schedule (we were expecting a baby in only a few months) was only possible because of their teamwork, commitment to schedule, and (the hardest part perhaps) delivering on commitments. “Back in 2019 Abby did a deck demolition and rebuild for me. The work was excellent and I was nothing but satisfied with both the experience and the work that was done.Now here is what inspired me to come on an post a review. Several years later while having another totally unrelated project done at my house, I discovered, through no fault of Abby's that the county failed to properly log the final inspection. When I tried to get the county to correct the issue, they came back out, and failed my deck based on building codes not being enforced at the time of construction and refused to accept the records Abby had showing they had improved final inspection.Once Chris with Abby heard what happened, he personally came out, made the changes to comply with current business code, and got things straight with the county. If that is not a commitment to customer satisfaction, I don't know what is. In an age where customer service and satisfaction has gone by the wayside, this is truly a local company that cares.
