“Abby Construction built our detached garage/art studio/pergola, with construction completed in October 2023. After reaching out to almost a dozen contractors, and getting formal written estimates from four, we know that we chose the best company for our job. Abby broke ground at the end of June, and the project was completely finished by the beginning of October. Chris Huie was great to work with from start to finish. Did everything go perfectly according to plan throughout construction? No, it didn't. But when unexpected changes were required, or something wasn't done correctly, Chris was there to talk things through with us and make things right. Workmanship was top notch, communication was constant and clear, and Chris and his guys were pleasant and easy to work with (including all the subcontractors). “We received a recommendation for this company to replace the floors in our home. After contacting Hal, he responded quickly and we set up a time for him to meet and look at the project.He was prompt to show up at the agreed time and gave honest opinions to what would be appropriate. We decided to use LVT and redo the carpet on the steps. He gave us the number for Your Floors to make choices on color.After choosing the product, we received the contract. We had to work around the holidays and crew availability.Hal came to check on the toilet in the powder room, removed it and the sink. He put down drop cloths and was efficient when cleaning up any mess that he made.I was kept informed of progress and was notified when the job was complete.I HIGHLY recommend this business due to Hal’s honesty, promptness, work ethic and workmanship. “Great experience with elite countertops for my kitchen. All her contractors were nice. The only issue I had was contractors wanted to get stuff done and not come back, first guy stayed til after 9pm.. I have 3 little kids, second day people didn’t leave til after 8pm.. again I have kids that go to bed around that time. Tile guys had to come back as they did not cut a piece of tile right. After everything was done and paid I got a call asking if elite countertops could have my extra piece of countertop where my stove was cut out, that I would get another piece but it would be lighter… I needed up keeping my original piece. I will say her cabinet guy was amazing! He makes sure everything is done right and will come back if needed. I do love how my kitchen turned out though!“
