Shame on you for towing people for parking in your lot even by mistake. You should be ashamed of yourselves for being so greedy. You will never get my business. I think you are in a partnership with a towing company due to the sign with their number on it!!!! How do you all sleep at night?!?

These people are evil and ruthless. I thought I was parking in a VRE lot because that’s what the sign at the entrance indicated. This was my first time using the Fredericksburg train station. I didn’t know that only select spots were for VRE customers. Wack had me towed. I’m a small female and I was terrified when i got off the train and saw my car was not where i parked it. At first i thought it had been stolen but eventually realized that it had been towed. I called the towing company and they were not helpful at all. I have not had the blessing to work with Wack GC but I sure do wish I had because they are awesome!I was stuck on a job and reached out to a list of contractors who didn't have the time and if they did, it would cost double (I have the quotes to prove it)!Then came in Wack. Although not able to work directly with me, they shared a key partner who was and through this referral, the job's schedule was restored.Working through Wack GC and their close network made all the difference.Thank you Wack GC.
